Reflection: Full Moon Circle to Discover our Sacred Place

I'm curious & would love to hear how you are wintering & honoring the hibernation season...

How might it be for you to allow yourself to settle in & land fully in your body to receive the medicine that came through in our circle on Monday to uncover our sacred place inside?

The heated floor & nurturing warmth from our circle thawed us out under the Full Moon as we shared our creations with each other allowing more intimacy & connection.  Through sharing we opened up doorways to our souls to invite others to witness the depth of our being. I experienced a sparkle in each creation share, I had chills and felt it in my bones highlighting the truth being witnessed.

For me our circle breathed life into this quote, “The soul's well-being is an aspect of the world’s well-being. We improve the health of the world when we tend to our souls & our hearts because we all fit together.” Gladys McGarey, MD

We remembered by going inward it gives us space to expand our presence outside of ourselves. We also experienced that everything that we see is not all that there is and it is just the tip of the iceberg.  It was truly an honor seeing more depth & width of what is beneath the surface of each being that circled under the deeply emotional Full Moon.

We bravely shared & released what was keeping us stuck to create more space for us to expand into in 2025.  Through connection & guided meditation we uncovered our inner sacred place to be able to expand into & honor the divine beings we are each day.

After the circle was over, I went out to release the water around the Grandmother tree before walking the labyrinth to release & seal in our circle with Mother Earth.

We come together to practice slowing down in community, to witness others going through similar things & that we are not alone.  We need a community that is willing to be deeply present for us in the messiness without fixing us, so that we are more able to be with & move through it when we are alone.  For me, by having loving caring eyes & deep presence to witness all of me, it calmed my nervous system so that when it arose when I was alone I could receive that tender care from myself, rather than trying to suppress it or numb it, like I had in the past.
