Reflection: Wild Lovers Full Moon Circle Medicine

Invite in a breath of fresh air, as you feel your feet on the ground & your butt in the seat to be here now to receive the medicine from the Capricorn Full Moon Circle.

"Love is as love does." And most of us women are not loving to ourselves, which can block the love we desire to receive & share with others, so we end up giving a loveless gift.

In circle, we witnessed just how many of us carry shame around using our voice - how we hide, neglect, isolate, or blend in to feel safe in a culture that often flattens aliveness.  In the process, many. of us have disconnected from our pleasure & sensuality, shrinking the love that naturally flows throw us.

But we were ready.  Ready to shake loose the self-made prisons keeping us small & separate.

Through ritual, we released shame, judgement & neglect into the soil - allowing Mother Earth to hold & compost what no longer served. In naming our cages, we began to shake ourselves free.

With more space & freedom, we danced. We breathed, sounded, & moved as we reconnected with our womb space & vulvas - coming home to ourselves.  We deepened in our shaking practice, we let our internal structures collapse so we could feel the love waiting beneath.

One Wildflower shared that it felt like making pottery - the heaviest sediment sinking to the bottom, creating the foundation for something new while recognizing it can all be used in the creation.

Women left feeling seen, supported & witnessed. Shame & judgement began to crumble as they remembered the sacredness of their bodies & experienced pleasure not as something to chase, but something to allow - flowing in naturally through breath, sound, & movement, amplified by being together.

When we do this work in community, we expand our capacity to meet & embrace the darker parts of ourselves - to integrate & welcome them back home.

We'd love to have you join our Wildflower garden for an upcoming event.

Either way, may you know the love that you are & seek to unearth your whole self to share with the world.  For now, Enjoy the poem below.

Finding the Love Within - by Jamie Sams, Earth Medicine

I taste the Red Earth

And acknowledge my humanness.

I feel the urge to create,

And my spirit soars

Like the spiraling hawk.

I touch the warmth

of Grandfather Sun

So my heart will

Never grow cold.

Then I turn to the center

Of my Sacred Space,

Entering the Silence,

To rediscover the

Eternal Flame of Love.
