What if we remembered what they asked us to forget?

If I can’t dance and sing, it’s not my Revolution.
If I can’t fuck up and learn from my mistakes, then it’s not my revolution.
If I can’t ask questions, then it’s not my revolution.
If I can’t bring my family, then it’s not my revolution.
If I can’t bring my culture, then it’s not my revolution.
If I can’t bring my ancestors, then it’s not my revolution.
And if it’s not our revolution, then let’s build a new one.
What if part of creating something new begins with remembering what we already know?
So much of what women have carried across generations—our ways of knowing, creating, tending, gathering, healing, trusting our bodies, listening to our intuition, caring for community, and honoring our ancestors—has been dismissed, erased, or taught to us as something we should question or leave behind.
What if we’re ready to reclaim it?

Reclaiming Our Feminist & Ancestral Knowledge
This will be a collaborative and curious conversation about what it means to reclaim the wisdom that lives within us and the wisdom that has been passed down through our lineages.
Together, we’ll explore how reclaiming these ways of knowing can help us:
make more sense of our experiences
deepen our connection to ourselves and one another
question the stories we’ve been handed
reconnect with the wisdom of our ancestors
imagine new possibilities for how we live, lead, create, and belong
This isn’t about finding one “right” way to be a feminist or reclaiming some perfect version of the past.
It’s about getting curious. Remembering. Questioning. Reconnecting. And choosing what we want to carry forward.
Because sometimes the path forward isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering the parts of ourselves and our collective wisdom that we were taught to forget.
Come curious.
Come with your questions.
Come as you are.
Leave with new language, new connections, and perhaps a renewed sense of what becomes possible when we remember.
May we remember what lives within us, reclaim what was never meant to be lost, and create a future rooted in the wisdom of those who came before us.
