You Are Not Alone: Ancestor Board Workshop for the Spring Equinox
In these turbulent times, we are being called to remember the support of the more-than-human world that surrounds us.
I am sharing a practice that has deeply supported me over the last few years as I navigated profound change and many ego deaths.
Join us on Saturday, March 21st from 12–6ish PM

Ancestor, Soul Lineage, or Spirit Guides Board.
We will begin with a potluck meal to open our gathering.
The Spring Equinox marks a sacred threshold — a moment of balance between day and night — welcoming the return of light and new beginnings. Together, we will honor this turning point by planting seeds for deeper support and relationship with our ancestors, soul lineage, and spirit guides.
The afternoon will include:
Communing over a shared meal
Embodiment practices
Meditation to deepen connection with the guides who walk beside us through the Great Turning
Creative expression, imagination and storytelling
Whether or not you feel connected to your lineage does not matter. You are supported in the spirit realm. You are not alone. Together, we’ll explore the art of honoring your roots and the teachers who speak to you across time by creating a personal board that deepens your connection with your ancestors and soul lineage.
Your board may include:
Photos of ancestors
Teachers or Goddesses/Gods who inspire your soul
Animal spirit guides
Symbols or signs from your ancestry
Any beings or energies that remind you of your deeper belonging
In order to stay open to love and life, we need visible reminders that keep us resourced and centered — especially in chaotic times.
So often I hear wildflowers say they feel lonely. What if loneliness is an invitation?
An invitation to reconnect with the wider web of all our relations.
A reminder that even when you feel small, you are held by something much greater.
We are designed for connection. And the more we cultivate relationship with what cannot be seen, the more we deepen our trust in the unknown and strengthen the voice of truth and love within us.
For me, having a sacred space in my home dedicated to my ancestors and guides keeps the relationship warm and receptive. It opens me to receive their messages and wisdom.
