Invitation to Deepen Your Connection: Ancestor Board Workshop Returns for Beltane
There’s a quiet remembering happening beneath the surface right now — a call back into relationship with what holds and guides us beyond what we can see.
I feel called to offer this workshop again after witnessing how deeply it impacted the Wildflowers who attended. Cultivating a relationship with our ancestors and spirit guides can offer a steady foundation as we navigate profound change and egoic deaths — reminding us that we are never alone.

We’ll begin simply — gathered around a potluck meal, arriving into the space together.
Held within the energy of Beltane, this is a time when life is blooming, the veil feels thinner, and connection to the unseen becomes more accessible.
Rather than simply moving through life alone, this is an invitation to root into relationship — with those who came before you, those who guide you, and the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
The afternoon will include:
Shared meal & connection - creating an ancestor plate too
Meditation to open connection with your guides
Embodiment practices to root into the body
Creative process to bring your board to life through image, symbol, and story
There’s no right way to be in relationship with your lineage.
Whether you feel deeply connected or not at all — you are welcome here.
This is a space to explore, to listen, and to remember.
Your board might hold:
Photos of ancestors
Teachers or Goddesses/Gods who inspire your soul
Animal spirit guides or symbols
Symbols or signs from your ancestry
Objects or visuals that speak to your soul & remind you of your deeper belonging
These become living reminders — something you can return to when the world feels loud, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Because the truth is, many people are quietly carrying loneliness.
And sometimes that feeling isn’t a dead end —
it’s a doorway back into relationship.
Back into the web of connection that has always held you.
When we begin to tend to what we cannot see,
we strengthen our trust in the unknown — in ourselves and in the quiet voice within us that knows the way.
All supplies will be provided.
Over the next 2 weeks, you are invited to gather anything that speaks to you — family tree documents, photos, images of teachers, symbols, small objects, or representations of your animal or spirit guides.
Come create.
