Grief as Sacred Ground — A Taurus Full Moon Gathering
With the veil thin and the ancestors near, may we meet our grief as a teacher — one that reminds us how deeply we love.
We are meant to grieve in community, yet so many of us do it in isolation.
Our wounds happen in relationships, and they will also find healing in relationships.
Gather with us to honor and be witnessed in grief under the grounding, heart-centered energy of the Taurus Full Moon.

I have come to see grief as a sacred friend — an expression of love for what is and what was. When we let our tears flow, we bless that love. When we hold grief inside, it becomes heavy. But when we allow it to move, it refreshes the soul and reconnects us to the web of life that flows through all things.
So many women share feelings of anxiety, restlessness, or shallow breath — signs that grief is asking to be felt. In Chinese medicine, the lungs are the seat of grief, the place we carry unexpressed sorrow.
Perhaps our culture’s discomfort with grief has caused us to shrink, numb, or mute our life force in this “one wild and precious life.”
Maybe you’ve been told you’re too emotional or should be over it by now. But grief moves in waves — reminding us that we matter, and that what we’ve loved still matters deeply.
Beneath the ache lies the vast horizon of your spirit — waiting to be met, witnessed, and freed.
